Comments:Dogs 4 Disabled Veterans joins forces with Four-Legged Life to bring National Dog Party DayÂ? to Central Florida. Sponsored by Pet Sitters International, the creators of Take Your Dog to Work Day, this event unleashes a Double-Dog-Day Celebration. This is the ultimate, once-a-year Â?Date NightÂ? with your dog bolstering the friendship bond between dogs & their humans while benefitting a hard-working pet charity: Dogs 4 Disabled Veterans.Attendees will enjoy games like K9 Karaoke, Musical Hoops and more, and will have a chance to win tail-wagging raffle prizes from local and national sponsors. A Wag-Bag, valued at more than $100, will be distributed to each attendee packed full of giveaways, coupons, and prizes. Various service and product vendors such as artists, trainers, daycare, grooming, pet food & treats, veterinary services and more will be on site to answer questions and provide information. A variety of food & beverage vendors will also be available. This event boasts a fun, party-type atmosphere, with all proceeds going directly to Dogs 4 Disabled Veterans - a FL based non-profit organization that rescues dogs with the potential to become Service Dogs in order to provide disabled veterans with more independence. Service Dog training is provided by Martin Work Camp inmates via the Train the Trainer program. Saving abandoned dogs, and providing veterans more independence is what Dogs 4 Disabled Veterans is all about.
