Comments:Spring Doxiefest is the social event of the season for dachshunds and dachshund lovers! Dachshunds and their owners can take part in contests and activities, watch demonstrations, shop at our vendors, and of course socialize! Coast to Coast Dachshund Rescue is an all volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and all proceeds from this event will go to dachshunds in our care.

Comments:Now in its 14th year, Paws in the Park raises funds to help homeless and abandoned animals in Montgomery County. In addition to the annual 1k, 3k, 5k dog walk, there will be pet games, demos, an off-leash dog park, a 'flealess' market for pet-friendly vendors, food, music, contests, raffles, prizes, rescue zone and more!
Registration is $20 for individuals and $35 for families and groups. On-site registration opens at noon (day of event), and online registration is open now (visit http://www.firstgiving.com/mchsmd).
Your pledges will raise much needed funds for homeless, abandoned and abused animals, make a difference in the lives of dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles and all other animals in our care, support life changing programs and services such as animal medical care, humane education and more.
Sponsored by the Montgomery County Humane Society in partnership with the City of Gaithersburg and dog-lovers county wide!
