Comments:Bring your running shoes and pet out for a family fun day in the Texas Hill Country to benefit the dogs and cats of the Hill Country SPCA. Along with the race, there will also be food, drinks, animal rescue groups, a dog agility show, retail booths and pictures with your pet. Registration information can be found on our web site.

Comments:Please join us for the second annual Trot for Spot Pet Walk-a-thon on
Saturday, May 3rd. Participants collect pledges to raise money for
the AAGC spay and neuter clinic, then everyone brings their pets to
the walkathon to complete laps around a 1 mile course through
beautiful Walter Hall Park (on Hwy 3 between Nasa and 518). Cool off
at doggy day spas along the way and visit with other pet owners!
After the walk, visit vendors, have lunch under the trees, try out an
agility course, meet adoptable dogs, and enter contests. The official
welcome will be at 9am and fun activities are planned until 1pm.
Every walker pledging at least $25 will receive a t-shirt at the event
(while supplies last) and the participant with the most pledges will
be given a grand prize. Your business or group can collect pledges
and join as a team. Please bring written proof of rabies vaccination
(no tags).

proceeds from Trot for Spot will benefit Animal Alliance of Galveston
County in support of it's efforts to stop animal overpopulation
