Comments:In an effort to educate the community about pet wellness, Tri State Veterinary Hospital will be celebrating their first annual pet health fair. Multiple vendors including Merial and Butler will be on hand to supply pet owners with information necessary for healthy pet care.Little Victories and other pet rescuses will be attending to adopt out pets, so if you are considering adopting a pet here is your opportunity to help homeless pet and our local rescue groups who do so much for our community. The day will be filled with lots of fun filled activities for pets, children, and adults. Our own Adam Jones with the Poter Kings will perform along with other local artists through out the afternoon. Some of the purchases made at the fair will go to the Huntington Humane Society who help those pets and owners in need. There will be a pet dress up contest, prettiest pet contest and my pet looks just like me contest with best in show and prizes. We are looking forward to seeing you and your furry friends there!!! Come celebrate Pet Wellness with the Dr's, staff, and friends of Tri State Veterinary Hospital.

Comments:This is an event that will be in its 4th year. It is all about Dogs. We have Demonstrations by SAR, Agility, DOckdogs,Obedience, and Police dogs. Also have contests, costume. tailwagger, dog and owner look alike, bobbing for hot dogs, a poker run for the dogs and a blessing of the animals. Also pet Vendors and a pet photographer.This year we are adding a Miss Woof Fest pageant. Come and join us for the fun. Comments:Light the Night is a non-competitive evening walk to celebrate and commemorate lives touched by cancer. Proceeds benefit The Leukemia & Lyphoma Society's research and patient financial aid programs. The walk is unique because participants carry illuminated balloons to light the way-red for supporters & white for cancer survivors. Registration & the pre-walk celebration start at 5:30 pm & the walk around the track at 7:30 pm.
