Return Policy for
Resellers and Wholesalers
In order to return books you’ve purchased, you must establish a relationship with DogFriendly.com that specifically allows returns. If your account does allow returns, you do not need permission to return our books subject to the conditions here. All purchases via phone or online form are not returnable without a specific written
and signed agreement with DogFriendly.com.
We must be notified of damaged books that you received from us within 30
days of receipt of the damaged books. The specific purchase order number
or invoice number must be included in the information.
Books must be sent to the return address on record for your account. Books cannot be sent to any other DogFriendly.com address for credit. Books sent to the incorrect address will be refused.
All books must still be in print, unmarked and in saleable condition as new. Damaged or worn books will not be accepted. No credit will be given for books
that we received damaged. Examples of damaged books include: bent corner or spine; bent, crumpled or dirty pages; pen marks, cuts or tears, stickered covers or backs and other like damage. If your agreement specifies, you may return books up to 180 days after we define that book as out of print or not returnable.
Books should be packed horizontally in the box, with proper packing material to
prevent damage in return. We will not credit any returns that are not stacked and fully
packed. Lack of care in packaging returns presumes that the books are not in
resellable condition upon arrival at our facility.
All returns must be received within 12 months after purchase if returns
are allowed unless we have a different agreement with you.
The invoice number or purchase order number on which the books were billed must be provided with the return.
Freight charges for returning product are the customer’s responsibility and proof of delivery may need to be provided.
