Special Doggie Menu in Huntington Beach, CA
Want an outdoor restaurant where you can take your dog
and feel welcome? Come to the Park Bench Cafe in sunny Southern
California and experience doggie dining delight. You will not have to
second guess if your waiter or waitress will say "sorry no dogs
allowed." The big "Doggie Dining Area" sign will leave
no doubt that your dog is welcome.
Aside from laying out the welcome mat for dogs, this cafe
goes the extra step and offers a special menu just for pooches. For
the standard fare you can order a basic bowl of kibble. If your canine
companion desires some yummier food, he or she can try the Beef Patty,
Chicken Bites, Hot Dog, Bacon Bites or Turkey Patty. And it doesn't
stop there. Your pooch can finish off breakfast or lunch with vanilla
ice cream for dessert. The people food (for humans) isn't bad either.
Breakfast offers eggs, pancakes and more. Lunch includes a nice selection
of hamburgers including a veggie burger, sandwiches, soup, and chicken
salads.
But wait. There's more. Is your dog's birthday coming
up? He or she can have a "Poochie Party" at the Park Bench
Cafe. Just invite 6 or more canine friends and this restaurant will
set up a table (no dogs on the chairs or tables, please) and decorate
it with balloons and party hats. All dogs get a fresh bowl of water,
an entree from the special doggie menu, dessert, and a piece of the
birthday boy or girl's cake.
Other tidbits: If you go and all the Doggie Dining Area
tables are taken, the staff will most likely place you and your pooch
at a perimeter table in their regular outdoor seating area.
