You agree to indemnify and hold DogFriendly.com, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through your use of DogFriendly.com.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of DogFriendly.com.

TERMINATION OF EMAIL ACCOUNT

You agree that DogFriendly.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account, or use of your email service, and remove and discard any content within your account, for any reason, including but not limited to lack of use or violation of the letter or spirit of this agreement.

DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS

Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through DogFriendly.com are solely, without exception, between you and such advertiser. You agree that DogFriendly.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of such dealings or as a result of the advertisers presence on DogFriendly.com

ESTABLISHMENTS LISTED / GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS

The establishments listed have indicated at one time to us that dogs are permitted. This is always subject to current federal, state, county and other local regulations regarding where dogs are permitted. Sometimes this involves varying interpretations of laws by local officials and establishments. It is your responsibility to verify that your dog is permitted at any establishment at each visit by you to the establishment. Dogs are required to be on leash at all establishments (including parks and beaches)  unless the establishment tells you otherwise. Dogs are not permitted inside any restaurant so all restaurants listed will allow dogs only at their outdoor tables. Establishments may further limit dog access to their premises. In addition an establishments policy may change at any time regarding their dog-friendly  policy.

CHECK AHEAD

We remind you, as always, to call ahead and confirm that the applicable establishment is still "dog-friendly" and that it will accommodate your pet.

LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL LAWS AND BREED-SPECIFIC LAWS

We remind you that it is your responsibility to be aware of and obey all local laws regarding dogs as well as any breed-specific laws that may be in effect and may affect your breed.
