This state owned/operated year round ferry service provides a fixed route from Bass Harbor to Swans Island and Frenchboro ports. Dogs of all sizes are allowed for no additional pet fee. Dogs must be well behaved, under their owner's immediate control, securely leashed, crated, or caged, and cleaned up after at all times. There is a separate room for passengers with pets.
