Combining a working waterfront with a trendy shopping, dining, and entertainment district with a vibrant nightlife has successfully revitalized this area. Well mannered dogs are welcome. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. It is up to individual stores whether dogs are allowed inside. There are several eateries with outdoor dining that allow pets at the outer tables.
