This off-leash area is located in Frank Ortiz park which used to be the old landfill. To get there from town, head west on Paseo De Paralta towards St. Francis. When you come to St. Francis, do not turn left or right, but instead go across to Camino Las Crucitas Street. Follow this road which takes you through the Casa Solana residential neighborhood. The park has a large field on the left where the off-leash area is located.
