Nose Hill Park, located in north west Calgary, is 11 square kilometers in size. It is the largest municipal park in Canada. The park is mostly grassland. You can hike up on the hills to see the city below you. There are many types of birds and animals in the park. Dogs are allowed throughout the park but must be on-leash at all times and you must clean up after your dog.
