Dogs must be on leash and must be cleaned up after in the park. The park is accessed by plane, foot and car depending on weather. Dogs are allowed in the backcountry of the park but there are no man-made trails. It is a wilderness park. The nearest places to stay when visiting the park is the town of Bettles Field or Wiseman. There are no campgrounds in the park and there are no facilities in the park.
