What began as one woman's dream for a world class botanical garden has come to pass at this beautiful waterside site that is abundant with flora and fauna, educational opportunities, woods, and one serene setting after another. Dogs are allowed throughout the park for an additional fee of $4 (child's fare) per pet. Dogs must be kept short leashed and close to their owners on the trails to prevent possible snake encounters. Owners must pick up after their pets.
