This park of 1,200 acres has easy trails and a natural landscape in addition to a variety of recreational pursuits. There is an archery range, an exercise course of 1.7 miles, over 7 acres of fishing lagoons, a ranger station that is near the Hole In The Rock, a softball complex, an orienteering course, picnic facilities, and unusual rock formations that took millions of years to form. The park is open from 6 am to 10 pm daily. Dogs are allowed for no additional fee. Dogs must be leashed at all times and it is important that you clean up after your pet. They are allowed throughout the park on all the trails.
