All rooms include a microwave, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker, 37 inch Plasma TV and clock radio. Guests must be 21 years of age to check in to the hotel. We have several restaurants nearby, as well as many attractions such as Surprise Stadium - 3 miles, Peoria Sports Complex - 6 miles, University of Phoenix Stadium- 9 miles, Boswell Memorial Hospital - 3 miles, Dell Web Memorial Hospital - 4 miles, Sun City 5 miles, Sun dome - 2 miles, Luke Air Force Base-8 miles -Wildlife World Zoo - 8 miles, White Tank Mountain Recreation Area - 10 miles, Phoenix International Raceway NASCAR - 17 miles, Heard Museum West 3 miles, Aquatic Center 3 miles.
