Comprised of some 138 islands that stretch 90 kilometers from north to south, the rugged beauty and rich ecology of this park will allow visitors to have a complete wilderness experience. On islands where you may camp, you may only camp on the beaches. It is recommended that visitors not bring their pets with them into Gwaii Haanas, but if you do, when onshore, your pet must be kept on a leash at all times with an adult. They encourage you not to bring your pet ashore at any of the Watchmen sites. Hotspring Island is closed to pets. You must also register for an orientation prior to being allowed to this park. Only one dog is allowed per campsite. There is a dog walk area at the campground. There are no electric or water hookups at the campground.
