Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve

This 325 acre reserve is located in the un-dyked floodplain of the Vedder River, and is home to more than 200 Great Blue Heron nests in addition to a variety of vegetation and wildlife. Dogs are not allowed throughout the entire reserve; they are allowed on the main center trail that leads to the river. Dogs must be under their owner's control, leashed, and cleaned up after at all times.
