This open air shopping center allows leashed dogs at the outdoor areas. Located downtown, this is Denver's premier retail and entertainment complex. The center features 50 stores and restaurants in four three-story buildings linked by walkways. Dogs are also welcome to dine at the 16th Street Deli's outdoor tables, located in the shopping center. To get there from Interstate 25, exit Colfax Avenue. Cross Speer Blvd. and take the first left onto Welton Street. Cross 15th Street to the Denver Pavilions. The entrance to the underground parking garage is on the right. There is a minimal fee for parking.
