This hotel is the city's 1st zero waste hotel and it has already earned a 3-Green Leaf rating as a result of the many eco-initiatives that have implemented. Home to the Blues they also feature live music events and weekly jam sessions, an indoor recreation center, a lounge, and the Blues and Greens restaurant that focuses on sourcing local, organic, and all natural ingredients. Dogs are allowed for an additional pet fee of $10 per night per room. Dogs may not be left alone in the room at any time, and they are not allowed in the gated pool area or restaurant. They are allowed at the outside tables by the restaurant; just order inside and take your meal to the outer tables.
