Although located in the Routt National Forest, it is only a short distance to this worthy sight. You will find a short, semi-steep trail leading to the bottom of a stunning 283 foot waterfall, or take the short walk to a scenic overlook, ramped for those with disabilities. There are picnic areas and a variety of other trails along the way-some of them more challenging. Dogs are allowed for no additional fee at this day-use park, and they are allowed on the trails. If your dog responds firmly to voice control they do not have to be on leash.
