This resort was voted number one in scenery and number seven overall out of all Nordic resorts in North America by a 2003 Fischer Nordic Poll. The resort is located at the base of the Continental Divide. While dogs are not allowed in the lodge or cabins, they are allowed on a special cross-country ski trail. It is called Dog Loop and it is about an 8k to 10k groomed trail. Dogs should be leashed at the resort and on the trail. This resort is located about 2 hours northeast of Denver.
