Sitting serenely amid a hub of activity, this park is bordered by College, Chapel, Church and Elm streets in the heart of the city, and is the site of numerous concerts, events, and community gatherings. This park was originally the town square and created in 1638. Well mannered dogs are allowed. Dogs must be on leash and cleaned up after at all times.
