Our hotel is located just south of the campus on 13th street. In Gainesville and the surrounding areas, you can explore the beautiful rivers & lakes, cool natural springs and unspoiled wilderness parks of an exquisite sub-tropical region. Easy US Interstate-75 access puts you in the middle of a region filled with cycling, canoeing, hiking, golf, camping, bird-watching and fishing opportunities. Gainesville and the nearby towns offer outstanding art & antique shopping, dining and accommodations.Our hotel features 74 rooms featuring two double beds or one king. In room amenities include complimentary high speed wireless Internet access, 25 inch remote controlled TV with expanded cable including HBO, ESPN, CNN and Fox News Network, Hairdryers, AM/FM alarm clock radio, bath amenities, microwave and refrigerators provided in some rooms. Pool will be out of order until July 1st.

Dogs of all sizes are allowed. Dogs are allowed for a pet fee of $10.00 per pet per night.

When making an online reservation, type the following in the 'Comments to be Sent to Hotel' section on the reservation form: "I am bringing my dog."
