Home to a series of interlocking lakes have made this a popular park for a number of recreational activities. The park also has a swimming pool complex, concessionaires, gaming fields/courts, multi-use trails, an observatory, model airplane field, target range, and more. Dogs are allowed for no additional fee, but they must be registered at the time of check-in. Dogs must be on no more than a 6 foot leash, be cleaned up after at all times, and they are not allowed in designated swim areas, on the athletic fields, or where otherwise posted.
