Stunning ornamental gardens highlight this park; there are also 2 nature trails, 5 miles of multi-use trails, picnicking by the river, and various other recreational activities. Well mannered dogs are welcome in the park; they must be on no more than a 6 foot hand held leash and be cleaned up after promptly. Dogs are not allowed in buildings, the garden or in swim areas.
