Spectacular bi-level condo with over 1500 square feet on the ocean in the incomparable Amelia Island Plantation. The building has its own large pool with protected sundeck and BBQ area, all overlooking the ocean. We are also just a few minutes from the resort's beach club. The upstairs has been completely renovated with new Italian tile throughout, new kitchen cabinets and granite countertop as well as beautiful new furniture in the dining and living rooms. It is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, and living room upstairs. Downstairs are the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. In the living room is a sleep sofa that opens to a full size bed. The unit has a washer/dryer. There are 3 TVs, a DVD player, and numerous board games in the unit. Broadband Internet connection included! Non smokers only please.
Plantation amenities include 3 championship golf courses,tennis complex Beach Club, Dunes Club, fitness center, and Spa. There are many restaurants both for casual and upscale dining.
