The five story "almost new" suburban hotel is perfectly positioned minutes away from Tampa, Land O Lakes, New Port Richey, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Odessa, Trinity, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg. We are ideal for extended training, project teams, relocations, and temporary housing. As a designated "Green Lodging Hotel", we strive to enhance our community, Pasco County and the state of Florida. The hotel allows quick access to Tampa International Airport, Westshore Corporate District, Downtown Tampa, Historic Ybor City, Channelside, Raymond James Stadium, International Mall, Tarpon Springs and Wiregrass Shopping Mall. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Our 24hr. fitness center overlooks our patio, firepit and heated pool. We also have a sportscourt, 2600 ft of meeting space, complimentary internet and laundry services, as well as our complimentary manager's reception Tuesday & Wednesday and every other Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:30PM.
