The unique geological limestone sinkhole formation at this park was found to be significant enough to place it on the National Natural Landmark register. Some of the other interests here include picnicking, hiking, wildlife viewing, and educational opportunities. Well mannered dogs are welcome in the park; they must be on no more than a 6 foot hand held leash and be cleaned up after promptly. Dogs may not be left unattended for more than 30 minutes.
