With over 2200 sq. ft. of completely tiled living area and pet-friendly furniture, lodging has never been more comfortable!
Enjoy the 50" big screen TV in the cozy living room and the 60" bigger screen TV in the master bedroom!
The two bedrooms and bathrooms are over-sized for plenty of personal and pet space while creating a private getaway of comfort. Get your best night's sleep on the king size beds in both bedrooms! One bedroom also has a futon that can be converted into a full size bed. Custom tile and stone designs through-out your vacation home compliment the natural sunlight coming through six skylights, including a skylight in each bathroom shower. Large laundry room has large-capacity washer and dryer, in-wall ironing board and small clothes steamer.
A six-foot privacy fence surrounds the back and side, and a four-foot picket fence compliments the front of this expansive dog-friendly 1 acre yard. A rural setting, yet close to everything, that is perfect for dogs and cats, complete with pet doors that fit pets up to 100 pounds (they can go outside as they please while you explore Florida!) The outdoor hot tub and shower (hot showers outdoors in the Florida sun or under the stars are heavenly!) is only steps away from the sliding glass doors in each bedroom. Challenge your friends to a game of billiards on the outdoor pool table, cook on the large gas grill (BBQ) and eat a relaxing dinner on the patio while you enjoy the breeze through the palm trees.
There is no (human) swimming or fishing permitted in our relaxing dog-friendly koi pond filled by an 8 foot high waterfall; it will melt your stress away! And don't forget to enjoy the outdoor fire pit on a cool winter night; sit by the fire and enjoy the calming sounds of the waterfall, your worries will fade away.
Be sure to eat at least one breakfast or lunch on the "Tree House" deck. A short trip up the stairs brings you onto a deck snuggled into a large oak tree; you'll feel like you're in a tree house! Hot summers catch some nice cool breezes on the deck, shaded in oak leaves with a nice view of the koi pond.
Park two-three cars in the large garage; there is also room on the 1 acre property to park boats, RVs and trailers without restriction. It is centrally located so that it is a wonderful "hub" where you can visit one-tank-trip destinations, or take a few days to explore either coast of Florida, you can travel virtually anywhere in the state! If you enjoy fishing, boating, water skiing and swimming, lovely Lake Thonotosassa is only a 5 minute drive! How about a "Girls or Guys night out" at the Hard Rock Casino? It's only a 10 minute drive! Take a nice afternoon walk, or drive a few blocks to the famous Cracker Barrel restaurant, located near the Flying J Travel Plaza (get gas there before every trip, it has one of the lowest prices in town).

A minimum of $300 is required to reserve this home. All rates are subject to sales and tourist tax. $500 security deposit (or cost of rental, whichever is greater) is due on each booking. Deposit is non refundable for cancellation received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
