Newly constructed hotel located on the Avenue of the Saints in the up and coming suburb of Iowa City. Hotel offers 72 well-appointed spacious rooms featuring high-speed Internet access and deluxe continental breakfast. All rooms have refrigerators, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers and coffee makers. Kinnick Stadium and the world-renowned University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics are less than 10 minutes away. This is pet-friendly hotel. Pet policy, 12.50 per pet per night. Limit two pets per smoking room only, pet must not exceed 30 pounds. Hot tub is closed until October 1, 2011.
Dogs up to 15 pounds are allowed. Dogs are allowed for a pet fee of $12.50 per pet per stay. Two dogs are allowed per room.
