Ahquabi translates to "resting place" and seems appropriate for this scenic, serene 770 acre park. The park has a modern boat ramp, several fishing jetties, a handicapped fishing pier, concessionaires, and trails-including one that goes around the entire lake. Dogs are allowed for no additional fees; they must be on no more than a 6 foot leash and picked up after at all times.
