True to its name, this park features a unique land area that separates the Salmon River, and it offers amenities such as a covered picnic area, a children's skate park, boating ramps for Salmon River access, trails, and public restrooms. Also, with the exception of between the hours of 11:30 am and 1:30 pm, dogs are allowed to be unleashed at the park if they are under good voice control. Dogs must be cleaned up after.
