This is one of a number of official off-leash areas in the city for dogs. There is a fenced off-leash dog area. Beginning in September, 2005 all dogs that use the dog parks are required to have an annual permit. The permits currently cost $5 per dog. You will have to visit an approved location to get a permit. Proof of certain vaccinations are also required.
