This park, known as the "Niagara of the South", has an impressive waterfall, but only on the night of a full moon over the waterfall can you see the Moonbow, a phenomenon not found anywhere else in the Western Hemisphere. There is also a variety of trails and recreation available. Dogs of all sizes are allowed at no additional fee. Dogs may not be left unattended outside, and they must be leashed and cleaned up after. Dogs are not allowed in buildings, but they can be on the trails. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs. There is a dog walk area at the campground.
