We are 19 non-smoking mini-suites (each has a private entrance, bath and completely equipped kitchen) located on scenic Hyannis Harbor. We combine best of an Inn (warm hospitality and architecture), a B&B (the Innkeeper serves you breakfast each morning) and a modern hotel/motel (private entrance and private bath for each unit).
Each minisuite has remote TV, WIFI, DVD player (w/free movies), two full or queen beds or one king bed, a well-equipped separate kitchen and on-demand beach shuttle provided. Share a second floor balcony or first floor patio with a view of picturesque Hyannis Harbor.
Enjoy your complimentary breakfast of fresh fruit salad, bagels and cream cheese, a fanciful selection of muffins, pastries, unique breads for toasting, oatmeal, fruit juice, hot chocolate, tea and coffee from our patio directly overlooking the harbor (or take your breakfast back to your minisuite). Walk to beaches, island ferries, Kennedy Memorial, shopping, restaurants, docks and Main Street Hyannis Free beach shuttle from Inn.
