These e-cruiser touring vehicles kind of look like 's-t-r-e-t-c-h' golf carts that have been referred to a 'golf cart on steroids'; however they are 100% electric - producing zero emissions and provide a clean fun way to tour the area. Also, their vehicles are approved for indoor/outdoor use like at indoor malls or convention centers. They can take up to 5 passengers comfortably and cover the Annapolis and Washington DC areas. They also do night tours to the Washington monuments that are beautifully lit up at night. Dogs are allowed for no additional fee; they must be leashed and firmly under their owner's control.
