This park offers a 60 acre lake, 20 miles of scenic multi-use trails, and an arboretum that encompasses 500 acres of park land with almost three miles of surfaced walkways featuring tagged native species of trees and shrubs. Dogs of all sizes are allowed at no additional fee. Dogs must be on leash, and when in camp, cleaned up after. Dogs are allowed on the trails, but not in the lake area. This campground is closed during the off-season. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs. There is a dog walk area at the campground. There are no water hookups at the campground.
