This 2-sail bateau (skipjack) is one of the few working dredge boats (for oysters) left in the bay, and in addition to being an onboard classroom, it is also a venue for special events or just cruising. Well mannered dogs are allowed on board for no additional fee. They must be under their owner's firm control/care at all times, and must remain leashed. Since there is no cover on the sailboat to speak of, they suggest bringing a non-glass water dish for your pet and any protective covering deemed necessary.
