Dogs on leash are allowed throughout this large 20,000 acre Michigan park about 30 minutes from Ann Arbor. Dogs are not allowed in any of the buildings. This park offers a number of trails around a lake region and cross country skiing in the winter on ungroomed trails. One place to pick up a number of trails is at the Gerald E. Eddy Discovery Center at 17030 Bush Road. From I-94 take Pierce Road north to Bush Road. Turn west on Bush Road. There is also rv and tent camping in the park.
