There are 14 fenced, doggy recreational acres at this 927 acre park that has a smaller section fenced for the little pooches, plenty of wide open spaces, two trails, lake access, and woods to explore. Benches, picnic tables, benches, water, and portable toilets are on site. A daily pass or annual vehicle permit is required, and although they can usually be purchased at the park, they suggest they be gotten prior to arrival (sometimes they run out). Dogs must be sociable, current on all vaccinations, licensed, and under their owner's control at all times. Dogs must be leashed on no more than a 6 foot leash when not in designated off-lead areas.
