This 1.6 acre dog park is located just south of I-94 adjacent to Riverside Park. Enter from Franklin Terrace or W. River Parkway. An annual permit is required to use Minneapolis dog parks. The cost is $40 for city residents and $60 for non-residents. You can get the permit at the website, 212 17th Ave N. or by calling 612-348-4250.
