A naturalist, recreationalist, and a canine's paradise, this vacation destination offers year around pet-friendly accommodations for a fee of $20 per night per pet; however on Dog Lover's Weekends dogs stay for free. These weekends usually occur January thru April and the fee includes 3 nights accommodation in a lakeside fireplace cabin, breakfast and dinners each day, all dog activities and treats, guided naturalist activities, and ski and snow shoe rentals. Dog Lover's Weekends are usually held February, March, (sometimes in April), September, and October.
