Open Door Animal Sanctuary is one of the St. Louis area's largest no-kill shelters dedicated to preserving the lives and health of homeless companion animals. ODAS is funded entirely from donations, bequests, memberships and fundraisers. All incoming animals receive medical care needed to maintain good health, are tested and given heartworm preventative each month, and are spayed or neutered to prevent further pet overpopulation.
