Dogs will get their 'day' at this event sponsored by the Green Acres Market, NAWS, and Indigo Wild to benefit the Northland Animal Welfare Society (NAWS). There will be a dog wash on hand, adoptions, micro-chipping, a doggy costume contest, a dog caricaturist, a dog photographer, and a doggy gift bag for participating pups. There will also be live music, raffles, and animal related vendors. The event takes place on Thursday, August 19th, 2010 from 5 to 7 pm.
