Although popular for the warmest salt water north of Virginia, this park offers a wide range of recreation with gaming fields/courts, an amphitheater, a playground, and special events. There is also a restaurant and canteen on site. Dogs are allowed in the park and campground for no additional fee; they are not allowed on the beach. Dogs must be leashed and under their owner's control at all times. The campground has 165 roomy sites, restrooms, showers, free Wi-Fi, and a dump station. This rv park is closed during the offseason. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs. There is a dog walk area at the campground.
