In addition to picnic areas, a playground, viewing areas for the Tidal Bore, and live entertainment at the Gazebo on Wednesday nights, this park also has 5 km of multi-use trails alongside the Petitcodiac River; it is part of the Trans Canada Trial and also links to other areas of town. Dogs are allowed throughout the park and on the trail; they must be leashed and under their owner's control at all times.
