Specializing in the "art of nourishment", this cafe offers a raw, vegan, and vegetarian menu with a strong commitment to local and organic. Some specialties include homemade raw organic milks, organic smoothies and juice beverages, organic vegan breads, several signature delights, homemade organic raw Kambucha. They also offer a full calendar of interesting and fun events, prepared meal plans, and catering services. Winter hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 am until 4 pm for the juice bar and the full menu is available from 10:30 am until 4 pm. On Friday and Saturday they are open for the juice bar and breakfast from 9 am until 4 pm with the full menu available from 10:30 am until 4 pm. Leashed, well mannered dogs are allowed at their outside dining area.
