Once listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the closest freshwater lake to salt water, this park offers a range of water and land recreation, a sheltered picnic area, playground, restrooms, and gazebos. Leashed dogs are allowed in the park year round and on the beach from November 1st to February 28th. Pet owners must carry clean-up supplies and pick-up after their pets at all times.
