A pretty swimming pool and freebies like Wi-Fi access and continental breakfast are what makes the Comfort Inn Rocky Mount a sensible choice for our guests. With a handsome brick facade, the five-story Comfort Inn has 125 rooms with cable TV. Some rooms also have refrigerators and microwaves. Wi-Fi is free, so it's easy to stay in touch with the folks back home. Served in the dining area off the lobby, the daily continental breakfast always includes hot options, including three different flavors of waffles right off the griddle. Of course there's plenty of just-brewed coffee. Take a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool surrounded by mature trees, or burn a few calories in the 24-hour fitness room with strength-training and cardio equipment. Bring your four-legged friends for a nightly fee. Parking is free. Two miles east of I-95, the Comfort Inn sits just northwest of downtown Rocky Mount. When you have restless kids, take them to the Children's Museum and Science Center, four miles southeast. If you're here to visit a college student, North Carolina Wesleyan College is seven miles northeast. Pitt-Greenville Airport is 44 miles southeast, and Raleigh-Durham International Airport is 67 miles west. With a convenient location, the Comfort Inn Rocky Mount also has spacious rooms and "very clean and nice" bathrooms with "plenty of towels."
Across the street from Nash General Hospital and Centura Bank.
