Located overlooking St PeterĀ's Bay near the entrance to the canal, this scenic park is open from about late June until mid-September, and it has a very significant history to share as well as a wide variety of recreational choices. There are historic structures, a lighthouse, and informational kiosks on site. Dogs are allowed in the park and campground for no additional fee; they must be kept leashed and picked up after.
